Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Yes! Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Nigeria.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view your order status under "My Orders."

You can return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Some items like opened fragrances may not be eligible. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

If an item you want is out of stock, add it to your wishlist. We'll notify you when it's back in stock. You can also contact us for an estimated restock date.
