Returns & Refunds

How to start a return, when you are eligible, and how refunds are handled.

Eligibility

  • Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened (for beauty/fragrance), and in original packaging.
  • Sale or hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale.

Process

  1. Email noreply@royalessencefragrances.com with your order number, items, and reason.
  2. We confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back and keep your tracking receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method when approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is on us.
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us to arrange.

Damaged or Incorrect

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will replace or refund.
